MuhurtMedh.com website is developed by "Infinity Systems" which works for the welfare of the All Community.

MuhurtMedh.com is a matrimonial advertisement platform that provides for the personal use of individual members to find relevant suitable profiles to advertise their profiles. MuhurtMedh.com serves as a platform that allows any user to register himself, and voluntarily search the profiles of already registered users, to conclude a potential legal marriage for himself.

This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member." To use the MuhurtMedh.com Service you must register as a member on the Website/ community sites/ mobile applications.

This Agreement may be modified by from time to time effective upon notice to you as a member. Whenever there is a change in the terms of use, MuhurtMedh.com will intimate you of such change. Your continued use of the site pursuant to such change will constitute deemed acceptance of such change.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there pertaining to electronic records as applicable and amended. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and the terms and conditions for access or usage of MuhurtMedh.com (the "Website").

It must be understood and acknowledged that MuhurtMedh.com acts as an "Intermediary" as defined under clause (1) sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE IMPLIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Agreement"). If you do not want to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Website or the Services. The Terms and Conditions also include the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference and as amended from time to time (the "Terms and conditions").

1. Eligibility.

To register as a Member of MuhurtMedh.com or use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). The Membership and rights of admission to register with this site is reserved solely for:- 1) Indian Nationals and Citizens 2)Persons of Indian Origin 3) Persons of Indian Descent and Indian Heritage 4) Persons who intend to marry persons of indian origin.

This site is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject.

By using this Site, you represent that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony.

If at any time MuhurtMedh.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation MuhurtMedh.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or  right to use the Service, without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

2. Registration

In order to use the MuhurtMedh.com  com Service you must register as a member on the Website/ community sites/ mobile applications. you must complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty in furnishing true, accurate, current, complete information and with providing recent photos of you (if required). In order to serve you better if  MuhurtMedh.com requires additional details for registration, you must agree to provide it.

If at any point of time MuhurtMedh.com comes to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, MuhurtMedh.com shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your  membership and forfeit any amount paid by you towards  membership fee and refuse to provide  service to you thereafter.

MuhurtMedh.com also reserves the right to block the registration of your profile on Website/App, if any,  if there are errors in any data entered by the  members in their profile.

Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed in Website/App. MuhurtMedh.com shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) such duplicate profile. Similarly Registration of Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our Site. MuhurtMedh.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

You acknowledge and confirm that your registration with MuhurtMedh.com services is with the bonafide intention of marriage and not otherwise. MuhurtMedh.com Membership is restricted strictly to the registered individual member only. Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Members of MuhurtMedh.com and nor use the  MuhurtMedh.com Service or members data for any commercial purpose, and MuhurtMedh.com reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation.

3. Account security

Registered member shall safeguard your profile information by creating a strong password during profile creation with combination of alphabets, both upper and lower case and numbers.

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your login credentials such as your user id, password, OTP, etc., and for restricting access to your computer/mobile to prevent unauthorized access to your account. you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.  MuhurtMedh.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage for his/her failure to maintain security of account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

4. Role and Responsibility of  MuhurtMedh.com

We reproduces your details and also share your profile with other registered members within website or mobile Application only.

We are under obligation only to provide an interface to its registered members to search their prospect themselves without any help from third parties. (The profile search conducted by any member and the matches shown thereof are automatically generated and based on the partner preference set by you.)

We cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results from the use of the data available from the service or from website.

 We shall safeguard sensitive user information using security standards, authentication mechanisms, access controls, and encryption techniques.

We do not authenticate/endorse any information of any profile and hence you as a user need to verify the credentials and information provided by other users.

5. Role and Responsibility of Member's of  MuhurtMedh.com

1. You, shall safeguard your profile information by creating a strong password during profile creation with a combination of alphabets, both upper and lower case, and numbers.

2. You are requested to verify the credentials of the prospect, exercise due care and caution regarding their profile information which includes marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc. and satisfy yourself before making a choice of your match.  Marriageicon. com shall not be liable for any misrepresentations made by any of its members.

3.Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate/false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and MuhurtMedh.com shall not be liable for same.

4. The members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrollment which includes any pre-existing illness, physical disability etc. Non - disclosure at the time of enrollment shall be treated as violation of the terms and conditions.

5. MuhurtMedh.com Members are advised to refrain from:

i. Entering into any financial transactions with prospects.

ii. Using abusive language when they communicate with the other Members

iii. being discriminative or using racial comments etc.

iv. Sharing of confidential and personal data with each other.

v. Entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.

vi. violating any law for the time being in force.

6. The members are expected to visit  http://MuhurtMedh.com/com for understanding the safety measures on partner search and awareness towards online safety.

7. The Members are expected to be aware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.

8. The members agrees that for getting effective search results of prospects on Website/App you will regularly log in to the profile maintained in the Website/App and send expression of interest which is an automated messages to prospects and in the event you have availed paid package, you can send personalized messages to prospects to show your expression of interest/replies.

9. You also agree that while accessing / using the Website/App, you will be guided by the terms and conditions of the Website/App including but not limited to the use of feature of website /App like chat with prospect, enhancing privacy settings (photo/phone number) or for viewing social and professional profile of members on  etc.

10. If the Member fails to update in website/App, any change in the particulars furnished in their profile then the  membership may be suspended by MuhurtMedh.com at its sole discretion.

11. The member shall, in case of finalization of his/her/their Registrant’s marriage, delete their profile by themselves or intimate MuhurtMedh.com for removal/deletion of their profile.

12.  Members agree to use secure devices, software, and networks in a private place for accessing the services.

13. The member shall not use any kind of automated processes/programs/scripts to use, communicate or respond with other members on  Website/App.

14. The members are expected to approach to resolve their complaints and grievances and shall not publish their grievances/complaints on any social media.

6. Medium of Communication with  Members

The member agrees and acknowledges that MuhurtMedh.com shall use the e-mails, phone numbers etc provided by the member as a medium of communication.

The member agrees and acknowledges that MuhurtMedh.com may by way of e-mail, voice call, recorded call, SMS etc provide information of additional or new activities provided by it. The member agrees and acknowledges that the mobile number provided by him/her is not registered with " Do not Disturb" category.

7. Refund and Assignment.

For any reason, if MuhurtMedh.com agrees to refund the amount paid for the subscription, in such an event the amount contributed to Marriage Icon cares shall not be liable for a refund.

8. Content policy

You understand and agree that MuhurtMedh.com may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of MuhurtMedh.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either MuhurtMedh.com and/or its Members.

With respect to Content submitted, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to  MuhurtMedh.com the consent and license to use, store, distribute, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site and to the members of this site(s) from time to time.

You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to MuhurtMedh.com are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences. This means that you are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Services. MuhurtMedh.com does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.

We advise all User/s to independently verify the content /information posted by the other members before acting upon the same and under no circumstances will MuhurtMedh.com be liable in any way for any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service

we reserve the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, we may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site. If you fail to produce such evidence to your satisfaction, MuhurtMedh.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any Content that is posted on the Site will be of that Member/user / third party who has Posted such Content and MuhurtMedh.com reserves its right to claim damages from such Member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such Content Posted on the Site. MuhurtMedh.com does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for Service.

9. Copyright Policy.

You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

10.  Disputes between Members

1. In the event you file a false complaint against another prospect on our Website /App and consequently we have suspended/deleted that prospects profile based on your complaint, then we reserve our right to initiate appropriate legal (Civil/Criminal) action against you and claim any and all costs expenses from you, for such irresponsible/misrepresentation/illegal/unlawful action.

2. The Members are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with prospect or vice versa.

3.MuhurtMedh.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any monetary transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information(s) etc. between any members inter se via e-mail, chat, interaction, Whatsapp or any other medium of communication between  members either using website /App or otherwise.

4. MuhurtMedh.com has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the members, and MuhurtMedh.com shall not be party to any such dispute/litigation etc.

5. You acknowledge and confirm that you will not bring or participate in any class action or other class proceeding in connection with any dispute with MuhurtMedh.com

6. The Parties shall discuss among themselves and resolve any disputes informally. We are requested in attempting to resolve any Disputes by amicable and informal means.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

1. MuhurtMedh.com or its Office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible to the member or his/her authorized Representative or Registrant or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages resulting from the use of our Website/App/Third Party Website/ services.

2. MuhurtMedh.com informs you that the exchange of profile(s) through websites or Apps should not in any way be construed as a matrimonial offer or recommendation or advice or guarantee given to the member.

3. MuhurtMedh.com will not be liable in case of any wrong/improper match of profiles made from the website or App.

4. MuhurtMedh.com or its office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable, if any, for the member entering into financial transaction with any other  Member or any third party.

5. MuhurtMedh.com or its office bearers shall under no circumstances be liable, if any, for any members not responding/reciprocating when you approach them for matrimonial alliance.

6. MuhurtMedh.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting and/or in connection with the MuhurtMedh.com Service.

6. By using our services you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MuhurtMedh.com and, its Directors, officers, agents, and other  employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any person through improper use of the service provided by MuhurtMedh.com

12.  Right to form Consortium/Associates

While providing service MuhurtMedh.com may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against MuhurtMedh.com only and not against such persons or organizations.

13. Privacy.
Use of the MuhurtMedh.com Site and/or the MuhurtMedh.com Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and follow guidelines to protect your privacy.
